Celebrating over 30 years in business in 2024 Tameside Transmissions is the first choice for clutch and gearbox repairs throughout the North West. With over 50 years experience combined within our mechanics we offer a range of transmissions service that cover everything from automatic & manual gearboxes problems*, van gearboxes, differentials and clutch. Over the years we’ve seen our business go from strength to strength growing out of our original building and we now have 5 buildings with 18 ramps over our two businesses, Tameside Transmissions and Tameside Automatics. 

*Please bear in mind that there are several gearboxes and vehicles we don’t work on unfortunately
